Rick Beyer - Vice President Global Services

• Rick has been leading the implementation of MEI created TPM and Retail systems in Canada, USA and Europe since 1999.  Originally working for various MEI customers on MEI projects, Rick joined MEI in late 2003.
    
• His experience in all of MEI's products, coupled with his knowledge of CPG companies proved to be invaluable as Rick led complex TPM implementations for Heinz in 3 European countries.
    
• Rick began his career in IT working on various Finance, ERP and Retail Execution for over 18 years.  Prior to working on MEI implementations, he was IT Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim (Canada) Ltd., a mid-size German pharmaceutical company.

Stephane Gauthier - Director of Development 

• Stephane joined MEI in January 1995 and has close to 20 years of experience in IT. He is responsible of the Technology, MEI Trade Promotion Management Solution and all development activities in Montreal.
    
• Prior to this position, as Project Manager, Mr. Gauthier was responsible of the development of MEI Technology and Trade promotion Management Solution. Mr. Gauthier has made several major contributions to the company including the management and delivery of large projects.
    
• His previous functions involved in various responsibilities as of managing resources allocations, reviewing projects, Scientific Research and Experimental Development claims, consultant expert and Customer support. Prior to joining MEI, Stephane Gauthier worked as consultant expert, Team Leader on Research and Development projects as well as Business Applications.
