MEI and CGT Launch TPM Survey: How Do You Manage Your TPM?
It is widely known that companies spend roughly 20% of revenues on trade promotions, yet often with uncertain return. Many companies are leveraging process changes and technology to better track and manage promotional spend and increase sales; it is one of the most important initiatives many companies have undertaken in the past few years and has the biggest potential to impact success.
