MEI’s Trade Promotion Management Solution allows you to enter promotions and sales forecasts at the level of the customer and product hierarchies where it makes sense for your business.  The account plans are then automatically aggregated up to higher levels of customers and products so you can compare the top down and bottom up plans.  This helps to dramatically streamline and improve the iterative planning process that occurs annually within a Consumer Product Good (CPG) manufacturer.

As an additional feature, MEI’s Frontline Planner allows users to do their account level planning offline and then synchronize back into the system to update the complete company plan.  This allows sales managers to optimize productivity even when they are offline.
