Ron Wynot

Rob Whynot, Director of Client Success Rob Whynot Linked In Profile

  • As Director of Client Success, Rob is responsible for providing value-added services to our clients, including Support, Training and Growth opportunities. He introduces a variety of methods for clients to enhance their experience and value with the MEI TPM solution.
  • Rob brings a strong industry perspective to MEI with CPG experience in merchandising, trade management, category management and various sales roles. Since 2001, Rob has worked both directly and indirectly with MEI as a system administrator and sales manager. In 2008, Rob was charged with the duty of re-launching the MEI TPM Support desk. He then took on the role of a Client Services Manager leading new client implementations before being appointed to Director of Client Success.
  • Rob earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Joel Cartwright

  • As part of the Client Success Team, Joel is responsible for supporting MEI customers and providing client specific training and training support.
  • Joel has strong industry experience including over 10 years managing trade promotions for companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Sunny Delight and Sara Lee Corporation. Beginning in 2003, Joel was responsible for the management of a Trade Promotion System. His Trade Promotion Management projects were completed on schedule and under budget.
  • Joel earned his Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pam Kiess

  • As part of the Client Success Team, Pam is responsible for supporting MEI customers and providing client specific training and training support.
  • Pam brings to MEI a strong CPG background responsible for promotional planning and analyzing spending at companies including Del Monte Foods, Unilever and Orange Glo. At Orange Glo, she was responsible to analyze trade spending on $15MM yearly budget. Pam, as an MEI client, was a member of the MEI User Committee, assisting in customer defined development and new product functionality.

Rob Bois

  • Rob has over 10 years experience in the CPG arena.
  • Prior to joining MEI, he served as Research Director at AMR Research, where he managed and ran the company's customer management research practice, providing AMR clients with comprehensive analysis of business processes and technology related to sales, service and service functions. Rob has over 6 years experience in the manufacturing industry group, building and delivering ERP and CRM applications.
  • Rob earned his Bachelor of Art Degree in Computer Science from Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
